Head of Marketing – Luxury Hotel & Spa Location: Northumberland Salary: £40,000 £500 weekly bonus Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for luxury hospitality? We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead branding, content creation, and digital presence for a prestigious five-star country hotel, spa and golf estate. Key Responsibilities: Oversee branding across social media, website, and in-house app. Develop engaging content in collaboration with the sales and events teams. Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to ensure accurate representation. Monitor website traffic, Google Ads, and social media performance. Coordinate press visits, PR campaigns, and brand consultancy efforts. Respond to online reviews and maintain a strong digital reputation. Work closely with the board and owners, presenting marketing strategies and performance insights. Provide ongoing team training to enhance digital engagement and app usage. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5 years in marketing within luxury hospitality (ideally) Skills: Strong digital marketing, brand management, and sales growth expertise.
