How will you make an impact?
1. Work to high standards to achieve departmental targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction
2. Actively contribute and seek continuous improvements to achieve departmental targets
3. Resolve minor breakdowns and carry out basic maintenance
4. Monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems
5. Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards
6. Ensure full completion of daily targets
7. Ensure departmental procedures are followed and records are maintained
8. Contribute to the team reporting and decision making process
9. Ensure quality, hygiene, health and safety standards are met
10. Actively promote communication links and good working relationships with colleagues
11. Maintain high standards of work ethics in respect to lateness and absences
12. Effectively run the Filling lines by using production systems such as LMS / SAP, and operating equipment such as Labeller and Fillers to produce a high quality product
13. Plan production effectively to optimise resources and output.
14. To carry out any other duties commensurate with the role
What do you need to succeed?
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience of working within an FMCG environment, ideally within a similar role. You will be Educated to GCSE A-C Standard
