Signet are partnering with a brilliant non-profit organisation in the Education sector, based in Ascot, to recruit an HR/Recruitment Administrator to their HR team of 5 people.
This opportunity has arisen due to an internal move, and the team is looking for someone with 1-2 years of HR/Recruitment experience to support them moving forward.
In this role, you will be involved in:
1. Recruitment - design and prepare job and person specifications, liaise with recruitment agencies, update adverts, source candidates, log applications, and support hiring managers.
2. Maintain HR record information systems and input all new data.
3. On-boarding for new starters (including making up files, applying for references, and safeguarding paperwork; including all relevant checks).
4. Be the point of reference for internal and external queries and report as required.
5. Co-ordinate, administer, and take minutes for relevant HR meetings.
6. Adhere to HR policies and update policies and procedures under the advisement of the HR Director/Manager.
7. Assist with projects on an ad hoc basis.
8. Support and assist the HR team.
9. Assist with the administration of training and development programmes.
10. Carry out any other relevant duties as and when required.
This is a varied role where your time will be split between generalist HR and recruitment. They are looking for someone with up to 2 years of experience, who is tech-savvy and can bring thoughts and ideas on how processes could be improved and how to attract the best talent.
This role will be 4 days in their lovely offices in Ascot, 1 day at home, with a salary of up to £32,000 + great additional benefits.
