If you’d like a real sense of job satisfaction, great career prospects and a competitive benefits package, you could be who we’re looking for Job Role: Supported Housing Worker Salary: £24,500 per year Hours: 33.5 hours per week Contract type: Permanent Location: Exeter Additional information: Valid driver's license and access to a car for business purposes Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota, £100 per week when on-call The Role: As a Supported Housing Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our Supported Housing Service, providing support to individuals with a recent history of homelessness. Our broader service includes: 21 units for clients with medium support needs, 16 units designed for medium and high-risk prison leavers, and 8 units dedicated to young people under 24 years old with medium to low support needs. In this role, you will help manage 11 units, providing essential support to clients. Your responsibilities will include handling referrals, conducting assessments, and supporting clients to maintain their accommodation while empowering them to make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining effective, collaborative working relationships with partner agencies involved in supporting each client’s journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals as they work towards stability and independence.
