A company in Colchester is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team ASAP! This is a full-time temporary - permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours) and paying £11.60 per hour.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
2. Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
4. Process sales orders within the agreed standards & targets.
5. Process sample requests within the agreed standards & targets.
6. Ensure customers are advised of any service issues within the agreed standards & targets.
7. Manage complaints log and corrective action.
8. Organise sales paperwork and file.
Skills and Experience required:
1. Proven customer support experience.
2. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Experience in using a wide range of relevant IT packages.
