Peel Land – Manchester – Assistant Land Agent
At the heart of Peel Land is a mission to reimagine property, creating new places and environments that blend with the needs and aspirations of the local community. Our ethos is driven by unlimited ambition, pushing the boundaries of what is possible, not just planning for new communities, new places of work or promoting key sectors; crafting legacies.
Our current land bank extends to circa 9,000 acres. The portfolio encompasses a full range of property types with everything from an Airport to Waste sites. Whilst originating from the Bridgewater Estate, the portfolio comprises an evolving mix of properties held with development in mind and those held for their longer term investment returns.
