Birmingham Childrens Trust is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Safeguarding Team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in one of the largest and most dynamic children's services in the UK, working to protect and support children and families across Birmingham.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in managing complex cases, supporting social workers, and ensuring high-quality practice. 1. Manage a complex caseload, ensuring effective safeguarding interventions and positive outcomes for children.
