Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining contact with the courts regarding cases and clients.
* Ensuring all processes and procedures are always adhered to.
* Opening and closing clients' files.
* Ensuring files are maintained to a high level.
* Instructing service of court documents.
* Monitoring key dates and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Keeping compliance procedures up to date on all files and matters.
* Acting as the first point of contact for the team.
* Dealing with enquiries in a professional manner.
Additional: Annual Company Day Out and Quarterly team nights/days out.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years in Litigation secretarial/admin.
