Customer Account Manager - Health & Safety Services
Location: Home Based
Salary: £30,000 plus commission (Year 1 OTE £40,000)
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a market-leading business that provides vital information to organisations regarding Health & Safety on an ad hoc basis.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage customers' needs regarding training, legal register support, user functionality, and issue resolution.
2. Conduct up to 8 training sessions per week with clients, providing assistance and advice as necessary.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.
This position is home-based, with training sessions and client communications conducted via Teams. The role offers an attractive salary and commission structure.
