Customer Service £23,000 Office based Coventry Our client A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis. Working in their busy customer service team you will act the first point of contact for existing customer needs. The role Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email Managing multiple inboxes ensuring emails are picked up in a timely manner Processing orders Overseeing logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods Investigating damaged product claims ensuring photos and details of claim have been captured correctly Liaising with suppliers to ensure order is accurate and built to spec Providing goods in team with updates when to expect deliveries Ensuring CRM system up to date with customers notes Update pricing matrix The candidate Passionate about customer service The ability to understand a technical product Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential Ability to liase with multiple departments Confident Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multi-task Strong work ethic Comfortable working within a busy team but can also work independently Interested?
