We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our PET CT Bookings Team at the South West Bookings Centre, based at our Taunton Diagnostic Centre.
You should have experience in a leading a team ideally in a Healthcare or Contact Centre environment. If you want a role that makes a significant difference, in a growing and successful team, then we want to hear from you.

As a successful applicant you must be able to demonstrate:
* Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a contact centre or healthcare environment
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Great customer service skills, as the team will be in contact daily with patients and Clinicians.
* Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* High level of organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills.
* IT literate with the ability to work across multiple applications.
A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
