Here's what you'll be doing:
You'll implement and run our commercial governance structure, ensuring we have a clear, robust and complete point of reference for all Commercial governance and controls.
Reporting to Jodi (Chief Commercial Officer), you'll be joining the Commercial team, gaining full perspective of the commercial engine of SB with great breadth of exposure in a business that is genuinely customer-centric and looking to grow and improve.
As our Commercial and Governance Manager, you'll:
1. implement and run our commercial governance structure, ensuring we have a clear, robust and complete point of reference for all Commercial governance and controls
2. manage Commercial Fair Value Assessments
3. ensure Commercial contractual compliance
4. oversee Partner and Insurer audits
5. own the Commercial incident management
6. own Commercial Fraud Management
7. lead Commercial Risk Championing
We're looking for someone who is:
1. has first line governance and compliance expertise in a broker
2. has the capability to help us be more proactive as a business and on the front foot with insurers
3. can create and lead robust processes, supporting stakeholders across the business in taking specific items through a process to completion
4. able to 'roll their sleeves' up to support the commercial team
5. experienced facing externally with insurers
