This pivotal role will work on the development, implementation, and maintenance of our HR systems and analytics capability, helping to shape workforce planning and decision-making across the organisation.You will:Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of MOPAC’s current HR system (People First) whilst undertaking an options appraisal for the futureDrive improvements in HR processes through effective use of digital tools, integration and automationDevelop and maintain dashboards and regular workforce metricsProvide insightful data analysis to support workforce planning, and the development of relevant activities and solutionsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standardsBe the main point of contact for HR system users, providing support and training where neededWork with external providers and internal stakeholders to manage system upgrades and integrations.You need:Proven experience working with HR systems (e.g. iTrent, People First, Oracle, etc.) and strong understanding of HR data structuresStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience in delivering system improvements and leading on system implementation projectsA good understanding of HR processes and employment legislationConfident in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating technical concepts to non-technical usersIdeally CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience.
