Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedDelivery Managerto take charge of shaping and implementing integration design standards and policies. This pivotal role involves leading the development of a robust delivery model for a Centre of Excellence, ensuring that all integration processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and Deliver Projects:Oversee the creation and execution of project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met for integration design standards and policies.
* Engage Stakeholders:Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather insights, align on goals, and define clear objectives.
* Develop Standards:Drive the creation of integration design standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across all initiatives.
* Implement Policies:Define and enforce policies to govern integration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
* Manage Risks:Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to safeguard successful project delivery.
* Ensure Quality:Develop and uphold quality assurance practices, ensuring the reliability and performance of integration solutions.
* Lead Teams:Guide and inspire project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and support to drive successful outcomes.
* Report Progress:Deliver clear and concise updates on project status, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
* Education & Certification:Degree or relevant qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
* Experience:At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally focused on integration design and delivery.
* Technical Expertise:Solid knowledge of integration technologies, such as API management, data integration tools, and middleware platforms.
* Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical Mindset:Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
* Leadership:Demonstrated success in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
* Organisational Ability:Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the capability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
