Our client are looking for an HR Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday for the next 6 months.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with expertise across all areas of people management including ER, recruitment and L&D. You will play a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle for our 150+ employees. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including TUPE regulations (recent acquisition experience highly desirable).
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process.
Develop and deliver an engaging onboarding program.
Identify training needs and develop, deliver and manage training programs including existing Learning & Development initiatives, external training courses and professional development opportunities.
