Our comprehensive services include personalised one-on-one support, dynamic parenting advice and groups, assistance with accessing vital statutory and community services. We also have a digital family hub available 24/7. What sets us apart is our amazing team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference. We provide compassionate guidance, while connecting families with essential resources, and champion their well-being. ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team as a Family Navigator in the Wiltshire Family Hub, where every interaction counts and every step forward marks positive change. As a Family Navigator, you'll be at the forefront of building resilient communities, providing compassionate support, and guiding families toward brighter futures. Your role will involve acting as a frontline presence in flagship family hub buildings and other identified locations such as local libraries, being the face of the Wiltshire Family Hub offering guidance and assistance to families, children, and young people. You will also help us to develop stronger local partnerships with schools, early years settings, and community organisations to enhance the support network available to families. Please note, although this role is homebased, travel across North Wiltshire will be required.
ABOUT YOU

We're seeking individuals who are adaptable, collaborative, and confident, with a creative and enterprising mindset. Independence and a drive to seek information are essential, along with excellent listening skills and a persistent approach to problem-solving. Your personable nature and quality-driven mindset will ensure compassionate and effective support for all. Experience in family support, youth work, community navigation, or a similar role is essential. You should also have experience in community outreach or engagement activities, building relationships with families and local organisations, and collaborating with local support services and community organisations. Experience in measuring and evaluating the outcomes of family support interventions is also advantageous.
