TeachingResponsibilities:
* Developprepare and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse needs ofstudents focusing specifically on Year 1 curriculum requirementsand learning objectives.
* Employ effectiveteaching strategies to engage and inspire students ensuring thatacademic goals are met.
* Evaluate and monitorstudent progress providing consistent feedback and setting Year 1improvement targets.

* Maintain a safe and inclusiveclassroom environment that fosters respectful behaviour andpositive relationships among Year 1students.

Requirements:
* PostgraduateCertificate in Education (PGCE).
* QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Provenexperience teaching Year 1 students in a primary schoolsetting.
* Excellent knowledge of the NationalCurriculum and assessment methods.
* Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
* Abilityto differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individuallearners.
