Day-to-day of the role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to maximise revenue. Manage the entire sales cycle to close a sale. Create quotations and follow up existing quotations to a wide customer base. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in a similar sales/business development role. Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. CRM software proficiency is advantageous.
