We are looking for a Technical Services Team Leader to join our busy Manchester branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you would lead the Technical Service and Service Administration teams to ensure the maximum utilisation of the workshop, efficient invoicing of workshop sales, and that a high level of customer service is provided at all times. You will also support and work alongside the Service Manager to ensure branch targets are met.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and likes working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have some technical knowledge or administrative experience in a customer service environment.
