Job Title: Pharmacy Administrator
We are seeking a self-motivated administrator with strong initiative and effective workload management skills. Excellent communication abilities are essential for liaising with various stakeholders and providing administrative and secretarial support across our busy Pharmacy Department at multiple sites.
Location
The role is based at all our sites, including the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Broadgreen Hospital, Aintree University Hospital, and the Walton Centre Pharmacy as required.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
* Offer secretarial and diary management cover to the Chief Pharmacist in their absence.
* Undertake a full range of administrative duties, including coordination and clerical support management.
* Maintain documentation, spreadsheets, and filing systems, including sickness reporting, annual leave management, using departmental electronic portals and the Trust Electronic Staff Record system.
