The Property Litigation practice is one of the largest nationally, with exciting plans to continue with further growth following a range of impressive client wins. There is a stellar client base, made up of landlords and tenants (with national portfolios), developers and investors, ranging from significant public sector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across a range of sectors including telecoms, retail, energy, and central and local government and transport and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will play an important role in driving further growth in the team, assisting in a wide range of matters including telecoms, landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements, and title disputes. It's a busy team and you will have early responsibility with key clients from the outset.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
1. Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE.
2. Post-qualified experience gained within a similar sized practice.
3. A methodical approach to handling a variety of contentious commercial property matters simultaneously.
4. A confident communicator with an ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
5. A team player and a collegiate approach to working.
6. A high level of commerciality.
