As a Planning Manager at Publicis Media, you will lead the development of comprehensive media strategies that align with client business goals, overseeing the entire planning process from initial brief to campaign execution. You will manage a team of planners, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure media strategies are innovative, data-driven, and performance-oriented. The role also involves fostering strong client relationships, optimising campaign outcomes, and ensuring efficient budget management.

To ensure this role is a suitable match for you, we are looking for the following requirements:
* Media Strategy Experience: Experience in developing and managing media strategies across digital, TV, OOH, and other channels.
* Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring client objectives are met.
* Campaign Management: Strong experience overseeing the execution of media campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are adhered to.
* Analytical Skills: Proficient in using media tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TGI, Comscore) to track and optimize campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
* Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with internal teams (planning, activation, data) to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
* Budget Management: Solid experience managing media budgets, optimizing spend to maximize performance, and maintaining financial accountability.
* Reporting & Presentation: Skilled in preparing and presenting post-campaign reports, offering clear insights and recommendations to clients.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of current media trends and platforms, with the ability to incorporate the latest innovations into media strategies.
