Looking to take the next step in your career? Become a valued part of our Alina Homecare Disability Support Team as an Operations Manager. You’ll be instrumental in supporting multiple Teams within your region to drive their success and ensure consistent and quality support for all service users.

2. Setting an example – ensuring your services are well organised, following internal & relevant external policies and procedures including health & safety at all times

7. Responsible – will continue the duties of Branch Managers in their absence to ensure continuity of support
To become an Operations Manager, you’ll need proven experience in:
1. Social care management for a minimum of six years with a minimum of a level 4 NVQ qualification
2. Growing comparable businesses in line with budgetary requirements
3. The ability to prioritise and multitask at all times with exceptional organisational skills
4. Strong leadership, excellent communication and motivational skills
5. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
6. CQC regulations and how to translate these into working practice
7. Understanding person-centred care and support provision
8. Knowledge and experience of IT and rota systems is desirable
All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. For this role, we require you to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
