Job Description
We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our Operations Team and be part of our continuing growth at our Corby Operation Centre.
As a General Manager you will take ownership of a Copart Facility, leading a team of people to ensure your facility’s success.
As a General Manager you will take responsibility for the performance of the whole team. Through a management team under your direct leadership, you will inspire & motivate the team to ensure the efficient operation of your facility and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators and profitability of your business against expectations.

1. A proven track record of good people management and excellent leadership skills – Able to coach, develop, challenge and support the facility management teams to succeed and grow.
2. An excellent communicator – able to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels across facilities and the wider business.
3. The ability to drive operational service – able to use operational metrics and levers to interpret reporting and data.
4. Able to lead, challenge and motivate your team through performance management discussions, leading to consistent service standards.
