Role: 1st Line Support/IT Support Engineer Location: Heywood, Greater Manchester (5 days per week on-site to start with and then some flexibility after probation) Salary: up to £26,000 per annum benefits We are working with an IT Services organisation based in Greater Manchester, who require an IT Support Engineer to join their existing team. You will have a solid commercial experience of 1st Line/IT Support via phone, email and desk-side. The technology stack is all Microsoft, so you must have strong previous experience of MS technologies such as O365, Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Azure etc. You will join and be a team of 4 and will have responsibility for all IT issues for varying customers. Skills and experience required Strong 1st Line/IT Support experience Solid background of working with MS technologies Any experience of working with VMware would be beneficial Any experience of previously working within IT Service organisations (desirable)Please note, to be successful in the role and due to the needs of the client, you will need to be able drive and own your own vehicle, this is due to some work potentially being on client site, which is expected to be occasional. The role will be on-site 5 days per week during probation period, please consider this when applying for the position.
