EHV Project Manager
Description & Background:
Sizewell C is seeking an experienced EHV Project Manager to oversee the construction of the 132kV Construction Electricity Supply (CES) system. This pivotal role will manage the detailed design, construction, and integration of a critical infrastructure workstream for Britain's clean energy future.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage project using NEC ECC Contract Options A & C
Oversee detailed design for 132kV substation and cable route
Liaison with National Grid, UKPN, statutory undertakers, and local authorities
Coordinate design meetings and stakeholder workshops
Manage project lifecycle including schedule, risk, quality, and cost
Identify and implement value-added opportunities
Coordinate with Off-Site Utilities Team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years project management experience
APM qualification preferred
Expertise in 132kV substation builds and cable route installations
Knowledge of DNO G81 Standards and CDM 2015
Experience with National Grid and UKPN
Proficiency in P6 Programme Management and Office 365
Familiarity with NEC ECC Contract Options A & C
Experience with highway excavations (NRSWA)
IOSH certification
Electrician Qualifications
Desirable Skills:
Large-scale infrastructure project experience
Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps, and SharePoint knowledge
CEMAR software familiarity
Valid driving license and CSCS card

Site-based at Sizewell C, Suffolk
