As a Business Development Executive, you will deliver sales growth by developing both new and existing business within a defined geographical area. Your role will involve building trust and strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and colleagues, to achieve 'win-win' outcomes. You will adopt a consultative approach to sales, presenting innovative solutions that deliver value and help overcome customers' industrial control and automation challenges. By balancing the demands of prospecting for new business and enhancing existing relationships, you will ensure a strong presence in the market while also supporting marketing activities. Continuous learning and development will be crucial as you grow in your role.

Business Development Executive Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial distribution sector
Strong drive to identify sales growth opportunities through both new and existing accounts
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, coupled with the ability to work well in a team
Customer-centric mindset with a knack for identifying challenges and offering solutions
Organised and capable of prioritising tasks effectively
