VANRATH have partnered with one of Ireland's leading brand-builders, seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team.
The NI Sales Administrator will support and coordinate with the local sales and commercial teams, providing administrative support for the Field Sales operation in NI and the National Account team. This is an office-based role and not customer-facing in the field. It is a multifunctional role, working alongside both the Field Sales Director and Head of On-Trade, ensuring correct preparation for customer meetings and reporting requirements on a regular basis. Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support to the commercial team on key account management, collaborating with the brand teams to ensure all required information is shared in a timely manner with appropriate personnel.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE) + 10% bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.30/9am-5/5.30pm Mon-Thurs with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays.
Hybrid: 3 days minimum in the office per week (following training)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administrative support for Field Sales Director NI, Head of On-Trade, Commercial Manager, and National Account Managers
* Collation and presentation of key field sales reports - MS Excel / Sales Force & Power BI
* Responsible for preparation of all customer & team sales presentations - MS PowerPoint
* Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting requirements as defined
* Key point of contact for the Field Sales Team
* Key liaison for brand teams and NI business
* Co-ordination of Sales Team meetings
* Responsible for information dissemination across the teams
* Continual development of back of house Field Sales technology
* Co-ordination of brand events across the year
* Customer Trade Show organisation
* Any other duties or tasks may be required in order to support the business.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 2 Years' experience in a similar type role
* Exceptional level of IT proficiency and meticulous attention to detail is vital: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Sales Force & Power BI
* FMCG experience desirable and experience in food and drink an advantage
* A creative thinker with the ability to innovate and 'think outside the box'
* Exceptional planning, organisation, collaboration, and time management skills
* Strong communicator with a proven ability at stakeholder management
