This brand-new role will play a critical part in mapping and transforming our client’s core service delivery mechanisms. You’ll work on process improvement, system automation, and operational efficiency. Our client operates in a fast-paced environment, so we're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives under pressure and can drive meaningful change. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive business process analysis across multiple service domains. Map out current processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process automation. Develop process flow diagrams and documentation, using industry-standard modelling techniques. Design and recommend system improvements that enhance service delivery and operational productivity. Create detailed functional specifications and requirement documentation. Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture nuanced business needs. Support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for development teams. Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed system and process improvements. Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes against predefined performance metrics. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis. A solid understanding of systems and integration. BCS Business Analysis Certification/Training is highly advantageous. Strong exposure to process mapping and workflow analysis techniques. Ability to work effectively from home, full-time, as part of an IT team of circa 60 colleagues. Excellent problem-solving skills, with first-class interpersonal abilities. What’s in it for you?
