Description
Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
Managing the CEO's diary, planning and organising meetings and appointments.
Preparing necessary documents and briefings for meetings.
Ensuring effective communication between the CEO and other departments.
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Assisting in special projects as required by the CEO.Profile
A successful Executive Assistant to the CEO should have:
Desirable but not necessary experience in a similar role within the Public Sector.
Experience working with Executive level people as an EA.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business software.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
