M&E Small Works Supervisor - Cramlington - Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Small Works Supervisor on behalf of our global facilities management client based in Cramlington, Northumberland.
As a Small Works Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and timely delivery of all agreed projects. You will be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, manage operational aspects, and oversee budgets to achieve project success.
Package:
1. Competitive salary between 48,000 - 52,000 per annum (depending on experience)
2. Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
3. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:
1. Identify project opportunities within a portfolio of maintenance contracts
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver on their requirements
3. Ensure projects comply with QHSE processes and statutory regulations
4. Supervise daily operations, including subcontractor management and site activities
5. Build strong, effective relationships with clients and internal teams
6. Manage financial aspects of projects, including profitability and cost control
7. Ensure all project documents are accurate, complete, and stored appropriately
Requirements:
1. Recognised technical qualifications in construction, M&E, or similar fields
2. Knowledge of CDM regulations and SMSTS/SSSTS certification
3. Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills
4. Competence in construction health and safety legislation
5. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in M&E, FM, or construction
