Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? We’re representing a well-established consultancy that delivers high-profile projects across the public and private sectors, including residential, commercial, and educational developments.
The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring clients receive expert advice and cost management. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Cost Planning & Feasibility – Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, tenders, and life-cycle costing analysis.
2. Tender Management – Preparing and reviewing high-quality tender documentation.
3. Contract Administration – Managing post-contract procedures, variations, and final accounts.
4. Stakeholder Engagement – Building long-term relationships and providing strategic advice.
5. Risk & Compliance – Applying risk management techniques and ensuring compliance with relevant contracts and legislation.
What You’ll Need:
1. Degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
2. RICS Membership (or working towards Chartered status)
3. Strong contract knowledge (NEC3, BCT)
4. Experience in a similar consultancy or construction role
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software
6. A valid site card (or willingness to obtain one)
