Our client is seeking a Conversions Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love exceeding customer expectations, this role is for you! You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge solutions and client needs, transforming enquiries into thriving container conversion projects.
The Role:
1. Pro-actively turning enquiries into successful projects
2. Develop strong relationships with customers, keeping our client at the forefront of their minds
3. Maximise profitable sales by following enquiries through to completion
4. Expertly manage the conversion pipeline, ensuring smooth sailing for all projects, internal and external
5. Continuously learn and share your expertise in the business
6. Support the Sales department and other colleagues whenever needed, fostering a collaborative spirit
7. Embrace training opportunities and constantly seek to expand your knowledge within the company
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
2. B2B sales experience with a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving sales
3. The ability to manage a sales pipeline, coordinate projects, and ensure successful completion
4. Excellent communication skills to explain technical details and confidently present and negotiate
