With 8 characterful hotel rooms, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager ready to gain valuable hotel management experience. The next General Manager of The Red Lion will become a key part of the Hawkshaw community, ensuring the inn remains the go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. With strong leadership, you will inspire and support the talented existing team, helping them continue to deliver the exceptional service our loyal guests expect. To thrive in this role, you should have proven experience managing a high-volume, food-led business. While experience with letting rooms is beneficial, it is not essential. Your ability to lead a strong and stable management team will allow you to focus on upholding outstanding standards and driving continued success.
