The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is looking for a Permanent Residential Duty Warden to become a key member of our team at the Fleetwood Nautical Campus. If you are dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive living environment for students, this could be the perfect role for you! You will play a vital part in supporting students throughout their time with us, ensuring they feel secure, engaged, and empowered.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting student well-being by fostering a safe and positive residential experience.
Enforcing college policies, managing incidents, and providing immediate support for welfare and medical concerns.
Maintaining accurate records, reporting issues, and ensuring smooth handovers to maintain high operational standards.
Supervising daily operations within student accommodation, including key distribution, CCTV monitoring, and event coordination.
Assisting new students with comprehensive inductions and ensuring they understand and follow college guidelines.
