Are you a highly organised, proactive administrative professional with experience in executive or senior-level administrative support? Are you looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, meaningful role?
We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of NHS 111. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our leadership team - handling communications, managing diaries, and supporting key projects that impact patient care for millions of people every year.
Job responsibilities
1. Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative, coordination, and confidential support.
2. Diary & Schedule Management: Plan meetings, travel, and key appointments.
3. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main contact between senior leaders and NHS partners.
4. Meeting Coordination: Organise and attend leadership meetings, taking minutes and producing timely records.
5. Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and briefing papers.

Qualifications
* A confident and professional communicator with experience supporting senior leaders.
* Highly organised able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Pro-active and solution-focused always two steps ahead.
* Tech-savvy proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
