Location: Shrewsbury, MA
Responsibilities:
* Educate patients and potential patients on our services, creating customized treatment plans to help them look, feel, and be their best.
* Sell the value of our services during consultations and treatments.
* Follow up with previous patients to renew their interest in potential partnerships.
* Build and cultivate lasting relationships with patients and community partners.
* Support outbound marketing activities to develop partnerships with local complementary businesses.
* Make outside calls to generate interest through community marketing, health & wellness trade shows, and outbound marketing.
* Manage and oversee daily clinic operations, including accounting, scheduling, sales, marketing, client retention, and inventory management.
* Create a strong clinic culture and motivate team members for optimal performance.
* Greet patients, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle pre- and post-visit communications.
* Process patient charts, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure payments are made for services.
* Evaluate guests' suitability for laser, aesthetic, and other non-surgical cosmetic services.
* Follow proper protocols for lasers and aesthetic devices, maintaining adherence to patient care standards, and act as a liaison to the medical director.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Licensed esthetician with management experience.
* 3+ years of sales experience (business-to-consumer preferred).
* Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets through relationship building.
* Experience in building lasting relationships with patients.
* Extensive commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
