The role:
An ambitious Account Manager with strong integrated
experience TTL from ATL through to BTL / shopper marketing. You’ll be passionate
about effective integrated marketing.
● Being the first point of contact for your clients and maintaining a consistent
and positive relationship.
● Responding to new project briefs, engaging relevant agency departments
(creative, strategy and design) as required, and moving these forward into
production.
● Being the brand guardian for your clients within. Know your brands
inside and out, keep up to date with their challenges and maintain high
standards of creative work.
● Partnering with the Project Management team to ensure your projects are
running on time and on budget, including resource management, writing
scope of work documents, and managing client expectations on budgets and
timelines.
● Managing the revenue pipeline for your clients, including invoicing and
purchase order management.
● Identifying growth opportunities for your clients and their brands, pushing new
creative territories and streams of work.
● Keeping up-to-date on digital and social trends to ensure that our brands are
ahead of the curve.
● Participate in new business meetings and pitches as required.
You will be assessed against four key performance indicators:
● Be considered a valued partner by your clients at a Brand Manager level
● Deliver against your revenue targets for your owned accounts.
● Deliver projects faultlessly, on time and profitably
● Build strong relationships internally, earning 80% positive peer feedback
during reviews.

● Around 4 years’ experience within an Accounts role and at least 2 years’
experience in TTL campaigns, with a good foundation of cross channel
executions – including OOH, digital, social and BTL/shopper marketing
● Ideally have 1-2 years experience working on drinks accounts (nice to have)
● Experience working UK or European on and off trade toolkits (nice to have)
● Experience working on Global toolkits (nice to have)
● Strong understanding of the strategic and creative
● processes and experience working closely with both departments from initial
briefing stage
● Good initiative and a genuine love for building client relationships and
managing campaigns
● Have a strong understanding of 360 marketing and experience working on
integrated campaigns
● Have a solution focussed attitude and work well in a fast-paced environment
