Job Duties:
The Key Stage 1 and 2 Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to primary school students. They will create a positive learning environment, assess student progress, and provide feedback to support each child's development. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible educational experience for students.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Relevant degree in Education or related field - Enhanced DBS check
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field is required.
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners - Proficient in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - Experience working with SEN students
Working Conditions:
The Key Stage 1 and 2 Teacher will work in a primary school setting in Bromley, Greater London. They will follow the school calendar and work full-time hours on a contract basis. The teacher may also participate in extracurricular activities and professional development opportunities as required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
