The Job you will be Doing Responsible for the collation, recording and maintenance of quality data within the system Processing customer returns information in a timely manner Administer supplier returns and warranty activities in line with company and customer requirements Provide general admin support to the team Ensure all reports and actions are recorded on the inhouse company system in an appropriate manner Identify any opportunities for improvement in quality processes and procedures Ensure the team adheres to all safe working practices, and the work areas are clean and tidy About You Strong administration experience Good data entry skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong IT system experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Experience of working to health and safety standards and regulations Capable of working on own initiative and able to make decisions Results orientated with a flexible and accurate approach
