The National Director of Risk Services for PRM plays a crucial role in structuring, directing, and overseeing workflows, processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve set objectives. This role encompasses leadership of the regional Client Service Specialist leaders and claims advocate colleagues.
Principal Duties:
• Collaborates closely with the Director of Client Experience, National Managing Director, National Director of Sales & National Operations Director to structure and manage workflows that promote business objectives, profitability, and retention in a cooperative environment.
• Provides effective mentorship, coaching, and guidance while contributing to the professional growth of regional team leaders.
• Fulfills the roles and duties of CSS leaders as required.
• Promotes a positive work environment characterized by open communication and enhanced morale.
• Exercises day-to-day supervision, guidance, and accountability of team members.
• Conducts annual performance assessments for team members and submits performance reviews to the Private Risk Management Business Segment Leader for bonus and compensation decisions.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
• Holds all necessary State Department of Insurance licenses to offer consultation and financial risk transfer solutions in operating states.
• Possesses comprehensive technical insurance knowledge.
• Proficient in managing personal performance and that of team members, adhering to predefined workflows and process.
• Capable of devising effective strategies and fostering motivation among team members to achieve the vision.
• Possesses exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the relevant software.
• Exemplifies the firm's core values and culture through professional behavior.
