About This Role
We are pleased to offer this opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, strong administration skills and a proactive way of working to take on this important, varied, and interesting role at our academy where no two days are the same.
As HR Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of the school's HR administration on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will work independently to ensure daily and periodic HR administration is completed. The role is supported by the Finance & HR Manager and is part of a Finance & HR team; the ideal candidate will have HR and/or education experience.
The role will be working 35 hours per week (8.30am to 4.00pm Mon-Fri), term time plus 4 weeks (42 working weeks per year).

* Has experience of working in a HR environment, ideally in an educational setting.
* Has an outstanding eye for detail with an excellent level of accuracy.
* Has excellent communication skills and can confidently converse with parents, students, and staff at all levels.
