We're on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Venue Manager to lead the way in our brand-new restaurant opening at Crieff Hydro in Spring 2025. This multi-million-pound project will bring a fresh, day-to-night dining concept to life with stylish refurbished spaces, a speakeasy bar, and innovative menus celebrating the best of Scotland's produce. You'll oversee every aspect of our guest experience, from breakfast through to dinner, ensuring exceptional service and creative flair at every touchpoint. An essential leader in our team, you'll embrace our cultures concerning seasonality, provenance, concepts and creativity - all of these attributes should come together to provide a memorable backdrop to the time our guests spend with us. With a team of 50 - including bartenders, hosts, and supervisors - you'll drive excellence in customer service, team development, and commercial success. We're passionate about the development of our team members and you'll be part of implementing these opportunities by demonstrating your own passion for continuous improvement. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, innovation, and collaboration. Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage, you'll be responsible for recruitment, budgeting, health and safety, and introducing new dining concepts, all while keeping quality and guest satisfaction at the heart of what we do.
