** To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin**
As a Nurse your key duties include:
* You will work closely with your residents, their families, friends & other carers to provide the highest standards of professional, person-centred, unique care
* You will be passionate to promote a caring, safe & welcoming environment which supports the physical, emotional & social needs of each resident
* You will develop high-quality, tailored care plans appropriate to the individual needs of your residents which encourage choice, independence & dignity
* Highly structured in your approach, you will be responsible for the safe handling, administration & recording of all medication & treatments inline the NMC guidelines & company policies
* In the absence of the Home Manager/Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead, you will oversee the day to day running of the home & supervise your loyal & compassionate team
* With unparalleled kindness, you’ll ensure the provision of personal nursing care is consistently delivered to all of your residents
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Experience in individual care planning & using assessment tools is preferred but not essential
* A sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty and the implementation of this
* Previous experience of assessing client needs is desirable
* Proven ability in Audit management (preferred)
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £20.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £45,760 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for our hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
