Job Title: HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and customer focus will be essential in providing efficient HR services to both employees and managers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional results.
This is initially a temp opportunity with the view to going permanent based on performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Manage the HRIS system, including producing reports and analysing data
* Process all HR-related employee changes, such as new hires, promotions, and transfers
* Conduct weekly inductions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
* Assist in producing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation
* Handle employee queries and provide timely and accurate information
* Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
* Assist in processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to foster teamwork and collaboration
