What you will do in your working day
The successful candidate is expected to embrace continuous development and this role will involve studying towards a high-level apprenticeship (likely to be Level 4 or above).
This role is based at our Main Office Headquarters in Newmarket, Suffolk.
Key tasks: [will include but not be limited to:]
* Provide 1st line IT support to approximately 300+ users
* Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
* Escalate unresolved tickets as appropriate
* Provide desk side desktop support to End Users
* Provide remote desktop support to End Users on other sites
* Production of standardised builds for PCs and laptops
* Provide support for printers, mobile phones, and other hardware
