Job Summary Quickparts seeks a dedicated Quality and EHS Manager to lead our Quality Assurance & EHS department at QP UK – High Wycombe. In this role, you'll implement, maintain, and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards while integrating Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives. You'll embed lean manufacturing principles to drive process efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and quality excellence. This position requires strong leadership in auditing and proactive management of EHS programs to protect our employees, the environment, and our operational integrity. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Management Develop and manage the QMS to comply with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards Lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness, execution, and resolution of findings Oversee development, implementation, and documentation of quality policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and monitor quality objectives and KPIs Address customer complaints and non-conformances, ensuring effective resolution 2. L ean Manufacturing Implementation Apply lean principles to reduce waste, improve product quality, and enhance operational efficiency Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) Facilitate lean training and workshops, promoting tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals 3. E HS Program Management Develop and maintain EHS policies and procedures in compliance with regulations Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence Train employees on EHS standards, emergency preparedness, and safe work practices Monitor and report EHS performance metrics aligned with corporate sustainability goals 4.
