Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable HR Consultant to join our manufacturing client for a 9 – 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a well-established team and provide key HR services across a variety of functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR support across a range of activities, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new employees.
* Assist with employee training and development initiatives, helping staff reach their full potential.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, offering advice on best practices.
* Provide administration support for HR functions, including updating employee records, contracts, and payroll.
* Assist with health & safety compliance in a manufacturing setting, ensuring workplace safety standards are met.
You will have a proven track record in HR, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment, and strong HR knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as problem-solving ability and hands-on experience. This is a part-time, site-based role in Selby, 9 – 12-month FTC, offering circa £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
