Provide generalist HR administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager and the wider HR team, contributing to the effective day-to-day running of the HR function.
Assist in providing a high-quality HR service to staff, ensuring all advice and support is delivered in line with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records within the HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
This is a temporary role working full-time hours.
