Job Summary:
Ensure all necessary compliance requirements associated with jobs are completed in a timely manner and to the appropriate standards as part of IZ Energy’s commitment to deliver jobs to our partners across the Energy Industry. Supporting the Submission Manager and Function Head while collaborating with internal and external partners is key to this role. This role focuses on meticulously compiling, verifying and submitting essential information to meet OFGEM and Funder regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role involves following an end-to-end process to deliver successful Submission and in practice will include:
* Accurately inputting and managing data related to installs; including customer details, energy-efficiency measures, and project specifications
* Collaborating with internal teams to gather required documentation to ensure that Submission packs are complete and accurate
* Carrying out compliance checks on evidence and documentation before Submission to Energy Companies/Funders
* Ensuring trackers and dashboards are updated daily in terms of statuses using the CRM or similar software
* Using bespoke software to notify progress and submit installs
* Taking ownership for the successful completion and Submission of each project
* Supporting the Team Lead and Function Head and working as part of a wider team
Qualifications/Skills:
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
* Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent face-to-face and telephone manners
* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance
* The ability to be flexible in a continually changing environment
* High attention to detail
* Reliable and dependable
* GCSE in Maths and English
* Intermediate IT skills including high level of accuracy, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
